So cool!! Works really well and was easy to set up. It keeps a charge forever. I’ve had it for 3 months and haven’t had to charge it yet. I use it at the gym and I have gotten questions about where to get it because it’s so easy to use.

I love this lock and their customer service and responsiveness is TOP NOTCH! I purchased this fingerprint lock a year ago for work. It was easy to download the app and set up and works so well for me. I don't have to fumble with a combination and can quickly access my belongings without a hassle. At some point, I misplaced the charging cord and could not seem to get a charge using the compatible cords I had at home. **I HAVE HAD THIS LOCK FOR ONE YEAR** Not only did it still have a charge (8%) after consistent use, but when I contacted customer service one year after purchase, they gladly sent me a new charging cord free of charge. They remained in contact with me via email until my cord was received and my lock was functional again. Excellent product. Excellent customer service.

Let me start by saying this product was exactly what I was looking for and at first it worked as expected, but ultimately it failed me in a big way.I use a padlock almost everyday, when I go to my gym. I am getting older so seeing the dials on a combination padlock became a problem. I started using a keyed lock instead, but hated having to carry the key around with me. This fingerprint padlock seemed to be the answer; and it was, for a while. I started to notice that after my workout, after my shower, the sensor wouldn't always pick up my fingerprint. If I waited a little while, and dried off my fingers and the lock, it would eventually recognize the pattern and open the lock. The first time it happened it worried me but I got used to that was how it worked. (Incidentally, I had coded multiple fingers/fingerprints onto the lock, just to be safe, and none would be recognized when this happened.) I checked the battery on the lock, to make sure it was not running down, and it showed the charge was over 90%, even after a month and a half in service, which I thought was awesome. Last night, however, after my workout, the lock wouldn't open, and the sensor indicator lights stopped lighting up. I tried all of my tricks and nothing worked, the lock would not respond. Adding to the problem, I had worked out late and my club was closing. I waited about 5 minutes, trying the lock, unsuccessfully, on and off. Finally, I was forced to walk through the club with a towel wrapped around me, to go to the front desk, to get something I could cut the lock off with. This was 5 minutes before closing. I had to cut the lock so that I could get into my locker, where all of my clothes, wallet, mobile phone, and car keys were. You see the problem. The lock is now ruined and useless. When I got home I tried the sensor again, and it worked fine, i.e., it recognized my fingerprint and the lights indicted the lock would have unlatched, had it not been broken off.The perfect solution for such a technology would be to have a backup/override solution for if/when the biometric/fingerprint functionality doesn't work. Perhaps a combination override that could be used instead. That would provide the convenience of being able to use the fingerprint technology most of the time, with the peace of mind of having another way to open the lock should the fingerprint technology fail. It is a very helpless feeling when the lock you depend on fails and you have no other option then to destroy it to get to the stuff it was supposed to protect.Ultimately I cannot recommend this product. I found that it just couldn't be trusted.

I use this everyday when I go to the gym and having for about 4 years now lock works great it lasts super duper long off of one charge and the fingerprint Feature, Works flawlessly every time. I programmed it to both my right and left hand and it's upheld and it's worth its weight and gold. I'm not crazy about using the app to unlock it because you still have to touch the lock itself before you use the app to remotely unlock, so you really can't unlock it from afar but hey what do you want for the price. Overall, I recommend this lock.

Had a problem with the lock charging a few months after purchaser. Reached out thru customer support link on Amazon. Received a response within a day. After some quick trouble shooting, they offered to send me a new lock with no hassles. New lock arrived a few days later with a nice note. Model of customer service. Thank you!

I loved it while it worked, but after six months or so it died, when on my gym locker, although it was fully charged. Had to have it cut off. I contacted company and they offered a refund almost immediately. I ordered a replacement. This time I'll test lock and unlock every time I use it. It's a great idea. Hope this one doesn't stop working.

I probably will give it to someone as a present because for a grandma it looks like something from the FBI or inteligente agency. It great but not for grandma's. At my age I need something more simple. Therefore, no internet/ no app/no lock. I have to stop relaying in the internet soo much.
