Easy to chew doesn’t get stuck in your teeth since it’s more like a gummy candy similar to like gummy lifesavers. They don’t have that sticky texture, which I really appreciate. It makes taking them even better. And the flavor is very nice. I will continue buying these for now on. Highly recommend, just don’t buy them all and leave me empty-handed. Sweet dreams everyone! Bought this to help with trouble falling asleep. Has a good strawberry flavor. I do notice if I take two I have a harder time getting my day started in the mornings. But gets the job done. Definitely recommend. Will buy again.

I really like these Melatonin gummies — the gummies taste great and they’ve been effective in helping me get to sleep faster and stay asleep longer. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and there’s no weird aftertaste like some other melatonin supplements. However, I think it needs to be mentioned that in order to get the full advertised dose, you have to take two gummies, not just one. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s something to be aware of if you were hoping to stretch the bottle out a bit longer. Otherwise, they work wonderfully and I will definitely buy them again.
