LEGO The Movie 2 The Rexcelsior; 70839 Building Kit (1820 Pieces)

Pretty unique and fun build. My son and I built it thinking we were missing pieces just like everyone else. We were able to supplement the set with other legos and everything turned out great. It was only when we were on the last few steps and creating the rockets that we found all of the "missing" pieces. I should have known Lego would cover themselves some way. I guess that's why they make the big bucks. Anyway, open the last bag first to make sure you don't end up like us. Overall, green build with very interesting techniques. It was a joy to watch my son put it together broth mentally and physically.

Set aside some time for this bad boy! I'm 35 and have been into Lego toys for nearly that long but this build was long! Like almost 6 hours long. Like Lego does, the instructions were easy to follow but with that many pieces, it just takes forever. My son loves it and is the focal point of his room. Sturdy enough to play with but nice and big to just show off too. Very. Cool. Toy.

So, this was meant for the kids to put together with there mom.... Well, after I put the kids to bed my wife just kept going until she finished it! That worked out well because they are more interested in playing with the finished build or adding there own twists. Lots of fun and a really big build!

My 9 year old spent 11 hours putting this together and enjoyed every second of it! This ship is AWESOME! The details are fun and the instructions were easy to follow.

This set comes at a pretty good price. The selection of Minifigures was good. It was very sturdy and came with no missing pieces . My son loves it and I will be buying from lego again.

My 6 year old was excited to build this, because he loved the Lego Movie 2, but he lost interest in building the kit t about 2/3 of the way through. The shape is not very engaging, just a big rectangular brick.

My grandson is eight years old. I though man, I need to get him a Lego that will take him a few months to put together. He is an avid Lego kid. Heck had it together in two weeks! I'm glad he is good at what he does, going to have to get a bigger one next year, maybe a million piece one.

This definitely was the hit present at Christmas. It took a few hours to put together, and it quite large! So many cute little dinosaur ships.
