bought Merriam-Webster's Pocket Spanish-English Dictionary for my son, who's taking middle school Spanish. This compact dictionary has been a huge help! It's easy for him to carry and use, and the translations are clear and accurate. The dictionary has already become his go-to study aid, and I've seen his confidence in Spanish class grow. Highly recommend for any middle school student learning Spanish!

The media could not be loaded. The dictionary comes at a great price and is very thorough. The only downside is since it's a pocket dictionary the text can be very hard to read for some. If you don't need this in your pocket at all times I'd suggest going for a bigger size.

I was looking for a Spanish-English dictionary I could keep in my bookbag or tote for those occasions when I need to remember the Spanish word for something I'm trying to say or pass to a Spanish speaker who is having trouble remembering an English word. This book is just perfect.

I’m trying to learn Spanish later in life and wanted a good dictionary to check my grade school spelling & choice of words. MW Dictionary meets that challenge of a reluctant student. BUT the print is tiny which is hard on older eyes. However, I also wanted a “pocket” sized book to make it easier to bring along. So 4 stars for now & I’ll come back in a few months of use if the rating needs to be changed.

These pocket dictionaries are life savers for those who want to learn a language, or need to have some understanding when they travel abroad. It has a Spanish/English and English/Spanish section, by the way.

I didn’t realize the print was gonna be micro-small. It’s useless for me. I’m a senior citizen and the print is way too small for me.

Our son said it won’t fit in his pocket but it does fit in an adult pocket. If you are ever walking down the street feel the urge to spell stuff in Spanish this dictionary is for you.Works well and as described.
