Q: If it only has a paper veneer does that not mean it comes off very easily?

I been using it for a few months now, and spilt the odd cold drink over it. It just wipes clean. So under normal circumstances I don’t think the veneer would come off easily.

Q: Looks wonderful apart from the white feet. Was wondering about sticking little felt pads on instead. Would this work?

Yes I don't really like those but have carpet so not very visible when in place and it's so lovely I needed to have it ,the feet could mark the floor it you don't use the screw on feet yes I thick felt pad would definitely help I didn't need to adjust the feet to level it so if that is the same for you I would try the pads hope that helps

Q: Is the table exactly to size ?

The length and width are exact but the height is 62 not 60, hope this helps.
