Awesome! worth every penny
This corner curio is a perfect choice to accent the home. It matched well with the dinning set and fit perfectly in the corner. The beauty about this curio is it's elegance offered at a low cost. I like that set up for me was just observing my husband seat way...it took him a weekend averaging 4 hours.I have accented the top of the curio with a floral arrangement.PROS:Awesome price! I saw this curio on another website for slightly lover prices, however on check out there was a large S&H fee that almost doubled the cost. This was a great price for the same item, plus I got free delivery with my prime membership. So this was a win win for me.The curio arrived as per expected delivery time frame.Final set up revealed it was as exactly as advertised, absolutely no surprises. All the parts fit well, directions were clear and was easy to assemble. The lights gave a beautiful accent to the curio especially at night and is perfect for displaying small to medium size china and bowls,The mirror in he curio gives the illusion of a larger curio and reflects the pieces well. The kids love it - oh well, this can be real good or real bad for me now that they can themselves in cabinet mirror (smile).CONS:A bit on the narrow side, however, perfect for small spaces.Doors have a small gap, I though it should have fit snugly, reducing accumulation of dust overtime.Shelves are for light weight - this is not good for displaying large heavy pieces. The shelves to upper and lower portions can withstand heavy china, however, be careful when stocking the glass shelves. All in all, this was a great buy, I love it and will definitely buy it again.

Lighted Corner Curio Cabinet
This is a beautiful corner shelf unit. It's exactly what we've been looking for, so I might be a little heavy on the stars. It's a quality piece of furniture so I'll leave them at five.Construction was a challenge, but I've done pieces like this before so it was okay. I did NOT have broken-screw problems like someone else reported. It took me three days, a couple of hours each day, because I'm getting too old for this sort of thing. But everything that went wrong was my fault: misreading the instructions, grabbing the wrong screws, etc. Helpful hint: the silver "turn screw locks" each have a tiny triangle, or arrow, stamped into the outer face, so you can preset them to point at the silver screw heads that it has to lock onto.Panels: these are very well marked. I'd suggest you pay attention to the "UP" stickers. Don't worry about getting them off, they are almost all hidden once it's in place. (If one is showing, you may have to take a closer look at how you assembled that part of it.) The only exception is one of the glass shelves, where there is an "S" sticker that needs more than a finger nail. I did the best I could and installed the shelf so that bit was on the very bottom right-hand side, and pretty much out of view.Screws: These come in a very well marked "blister" pack, a white plastic sheet with about a dozen clear plastic blisters holding the like-numbered parts. Let me strongly suggest that you slit open the top of each blister so you can pour out all the screws EXCEPT ONE so you can refer back to each numbered blisters and see exactly which screw/whatever corresponds to the required part number. Note that the tiny antique screws are many, and there are TWO sizes, which is not so obvious if you just dumped them in piles like I did. Leaving one of each in its numbered blister will prevent a lot of confusion, and I believe I had at least one extra of every part so it won't be missed during assembly. My only complaint is the lack of a light in the bottom section, though there seems to be pre-drilled holes to accommodate the bracket for another light fixture.

Very Good Curio (Could use a few refinements)
We got two of these beautiful curio pieces and are happy with the purchase. Would have added 'very' before happy, but the quality of the hardware provided and some misfits prevented me from giving it 5 stars.Pros:Good Wood Quality.Cant beat the priceLooks great in the corner of the room. The mirrors and the curio light make it even better.Be patient while installing. You surely will like the end result.Cons:Quality of the hardware, especially the cam locks are of low quality. I broke one on my first turn and then onwards was very careful while tightening so as not to overtighten. Wanted to get them from a local hardware store, but are expensive.Pre-drilled holes do not align correctly. On one of the curios i had to pre-drill new holes as there is no way to get the screws in with the original pre-drilled holes.Cabinet doors that open/close on hinges could use some refinements so that the end result fits the doors a little better. One of the curios turned out good during my installation, but I had trouble aligning the door correctly. There was too much gap once the door was closed. All tries to get the door aligned correctly were moot.Precautions:Do not over tighten the cam cam bolts and cam locks. You will break the cam locks if you put too much pressue while tightening. While installing the cabinet doors, do not over tighten the hinge screws. Leave some leeway so that you can adjust how it is fitting on the cabinet. You might need somebody to help to make this step a little easier. Once the placement looks ok, then finally tighten the screws in place. Also while installing the back panels on top of the mirror, you might need to push the back panel in to place and you will need to find the pre-drilled holes in the cabinet as they are not perfectly aligned. Do follow the 'do not over tighten' principle for this step also to make your job easier without any additional pre-drilled holes.Hopefully Southern Enterprises makes note of these subtle inconsistencies in the manufacturing and correct them moving forward.
