A Beautiful rug at the front door.

Received it today and 2 days early! This was my second purchase from Safavieh so I knew what to expect quality wise. No disappointment! The color was so true as shown on the website and I was a bit concerned based on other websites. I can't say enough about Safavieh and the rug products they offer. If you're iffy on buying a rug online, as I was originally, cast away your doubts and try it. You won't be disappointed in quality. Everyone has a specific need for color but the website is about as good as it gets showing accurate color. I'm already thinking about buying another of their rugs for another area.

I bought 3 of these matching runners for the hallway and foyer of my home. I ordered the smallest size first inorder to check the colors and quality before ordering the additional 10’ and 18’. I was NOT disappointed! I did need to cut off a couple of doors to accommodate the thickness of the rugs. DO NOT EXPECT PERFECT WORKMANSHIPFOR THESE PRICES. The quality IS VERY GOOD and softness and colors are excellent. My 18’ does have a flaw inthe pattern about 2’ from one end of it but I can live with it. I can’t afford to pay thousands of $$$$ for rugs. The Gorilla Grip non slip pads sold here work GREAT.

I have had excellent experiences with every one of this brand of rug - and is always my first choice when selecting an area rug. Never been disappointed. This was no exception. Quality is excellent - thick and soft - never looks like the pattern was painted on that I have experienced with other rugs. Just a quality product - that I will continue to purchase. But, this time, I had to take one star off. A few years ago I bought this rug (same brand, of course - and collection, pattern, and color) for under my bed. Still holding up great! When I recently moved I, of course, took the rug with me. But I planned to put an extremely heavy piece of antique furniture also in the bedroom. I was concerned about scratching the hardwood floor with it, but didn't want to use those flimsy pads that are made for protecting floors. I was happy to see that my original pattern was available in a smaller size, just right for under my antique stereo. Unfortunately, I guess they have changed their collection a bit over the years. The pattern is just a bit different and the color a bit greener than the original (which I actually like better and wish my original one looked closer to this). It is not a huge difference, so I'm not complaining - unless you were staring at both rugs for a while, most would not notice the difference.

This low rating is not because of the quality. The quality is great. The problem is that the company CANNOT send the correct size of rug ordered. It appears to be beyond their capability. I ordered, and all my receipts confirm the 2' x 4'. However I KEEP receiving a half round...

First of all it is impossible to find a high quality, high pile oriental rug in the wild. Trust me I have tried. I needed a very specific color palette to match two antique upholstered wing back chairs and I found this one that was perfect. I took a gamble and am absolutely thrilled! Some of these reviews about this rug are ridiculous. As long as I can return something I will try it. I liked it so much I just ordered two different rugs from the collection for other rooms in the house. Trust me, this rug is not cheaply made nor ugly!

this is a very nice rug. Not the equal of the Persian rug it copies, but for the price very nice. I have not encountered the shedding everyone is talking about but I don't need to vacuum that often.

We bought 2 of these and I didn’t notice that one of them has a hole in it.
