econoLED!
I've purchased 6 rolls from them since 2023. I have so many RGB strips a rarely use normal light anymore. Added them under my loft bed, under my floor molding and channels attached to the ceiling. Super bright. - Be sure to use them with a proper led driver (not a 12v adapter) at least 4 amp or 48 watts for the full effect. Dimmable too and compatible with any 5m rgb adapters and channels. 2 years later.. still have the original set I bought.

Nice, Bright, Sharp Color RGB Strips
I have LOTS and LOTS of RGB strips around my house; the kitchen alone has about 15 total strips (all above the cabinets pointing at the ceiling). We like the "Vegas-style" look.I just finished a master bedroom media wall project, and I used these strips behind the TV and also in the shelving niches. The photos here show the project midway finished, but you get the basic idea.Having used tons of different strips over the years, I have to say my #1 mistake was this -- do NOT use the "waterproof" version unless you plan on putting the strips in a wet area. I used to think the waterproof strips looked/felt like better quality, because they have a clear silicone coating that makes them a lot heavier (this is also why they are considered waterproof). But over the years I discovered the silicone coating is actually a huge drawback....because over time, the silicone will turn yellow, and this will eventually ruin the light output of your RGB strips. I can't tell you how many strips I've replaced over the years for this same issue.....the silicone coating has basically a 100% failure rate. So, unless you need waterproofing, don't bother with the silicone crap -- just use these uncovered strips. They look awesome, and the color output is much clearer and nicer without any coating on the strip.Highly recommend.

May cause significant IR interference and the sellers will harass you
Don't buy this product. Don't buy anything from this vendor. After I left my one-star review below, I started getting spam e-mails from them asking me to delete my review in exchange for Amazon gift cards. I get multiple e-mails every day from them. The e-mails always come from randomized gmail addresses so I can't block them, and they've ignored requests to stop e-mailing me. I've tried to report them to Amazon for harassment, but Amazon has ignored me. I will not be taking my review down, and I will make sure to let everybody I know to never buy anything from this seller.Original review:This is going to seem unrelated, but bear with me.I've had a problem with the remote control for my TV for years where sometimes it wouldn't respond to inputs. I'd have to mash buttons on the remote, hold it at weird angles, and do funny dances to make it respond. I assumed it was just a bad remote. About a year ago, I bought a fancy AV Receiver that had the same problem but world -- it almost *never* responded to inputs from its remote control. I tried a different universal remote with it, and it didn't work, either. I didn't care too much because I could just use an app on my phone to control it, but it was annoying.I've also got a display case in my living room that I installed LED lighting inside a few years ago. Last week, I decided to replace the lighting and make it fancier, so I pulled all of the old light strips out and installed new ones.Suddenly, all of my remote controls work just fine.Long story short: the problem was these lights. Apparently even when they're "off", they're still powered and emitting infrared light that was interfering with everything else in my living room, and I had just tolerated it for years. Now that they're gone, everything is perfect.Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I would encourage you to not buy these specific lights if anything else in the room where you install them could be sensitive to IR interference.

Led strip lights from Amazon.
I've always wanted to make an infinity mirror and just recently decided to take on the task. I recently purchased a strip of econoLED 12V LED lights that I choose to use for this project. At first look they appear to be nice and flexible, easy to work with, nice and bright and reliable. I thought the base color of this multi-color strip was White but instead it turns out to be Blue. I was somewhat disappointed that there was no documentation on how to configure the LED strip to White. In all I am OK with the Blue LED it's clear and bright.

Poor adhesive on back of LED
Bought this to add to existing set of LED lights in son’s room. They matched pretty well and displayed the same color with existing remote. However the adhesive on the LED backing wasn’t very strong. Needed to use some adhesive clips that I had from other products to assure it didn’t come off wall.

Brightness is best for accent lighting / low ambient lighting.
Lights arrived and functioned just as they should.I used them as a light source for a floor lamp I recently built, but they’re honestly not as bright as I hoped they would be, albeit they’re also being diffused.I would say this LED tape is best for accent lighting or mood lighting, but to rely on as your main light source for a well lit room (brighter ambient lighting or task lighting) you’d either need to go for a higher lumen or use much more of them.I needed something closer to task lighting, so next time I’ll be looking for a higher lumen output.5 stars because if you just need accent lighting, close-proximity shelf lighting, or low ambient lighting/mood lighting, then these will be perfect.
