Quality
Had a little issue with sinking the keypad with my receiver, and reached out to Eagle tech-support sent me an email and now it works fine. Solid construction we should last quite a while.

Easy to use
Received unit quickly. Was able To change default code quickly. (Watched video was helpful) Took several tries to pair it to my automatic gate opener. Was a little hard to open after unlocking. Was able to attach to concrete pillar with the use of power drill. A little hard to lock the unit again after attaching to puller. Not a lot of room. So far so good.

Sometimes my daughter forgets her key to the gat. The keypad will let her in when that happens.
Works great with my new eagle 2000 gate opener. Metal not plastic, that’s a plus for me. I like longevity.

Piece of junk
Program the device just fine works as long as it’s not locked in position attached to Block Wall on both sides of my gate works when it wants to very intermittent.

Make sure it’s compatible with the system
This opener does not work with the Eagle opener I bought and this was a suggested item to buy with the system but it’s not compatible. I have been working out of town since I bought out with a couple days here and there, so when I got home and tried it, it doesn’t work. Out of the return window, so I’m stuck with a $125 piece of plastic that I can’t use. I would probably give it a better rating if I could actually use it.
