A seriously good saddle
I've put 200 miles on this saddle now, with the longest single ride being 65 miles. It's incredibly comfortable and I see why it's such a popular saddle. First of all, the center cut-out is a game changer. I was experience numbness on my old saddle (though it wasn't always that way; the problem developed this season), so going to the cut-out sadle IMMEDIATELY solved this. ZERO numbness. The saddle has very little padding, but it's surprisingly well suited to endurance riding (I have it mounted on my Canyon Endurace CF SL). It took about 50 miles to break in, but since then I don't even feel the thing. Perhaps after the 60 miles mark on my rides I start becoming "aware" of the contact points on the saddle, but it's minimal.. and that's pretty normal for any saddle after awhile. Still, for being such a short and compact shape, I find a surprising amount of positions on it. As advertsized, you can really ride comfortably on the nose of this thing and put the power down.Highly recommended. Just get it.FYI: I have 110mm sit bones and bout the S3 (130mm wide) version. Perfect fit.

Good seat for a small frame rider
Very small. I weigh 152lbs and have a 30 inch waist and it fits me fine. I replaced a Prologo seat because I wanted a cut out. I keep reading articles about bike seats and prostrate issues. It took me about a week to adjust. I like the seat and would buy it again.Like I stated, the seat is small and is intended to be used by a small frame rider.

Very good road saddle if it fits
Road saddles are tricky to buy online. This is the 5th one I’ve purchased and while not ideal, it’s a very good saddle. I’m 6’-1” with 33” waist, 170 lbs and I’m in my early 60s. I had a Fizik saddle I rode on for 10 yrs. Loved the fit, but wanted one with an open channel to reduce nerve compression. (As you get older nerve compression from cycling can reduce sensation of your other leg!). To me, this saddle is a little short as I’d prefer 1” or 1.5” longer with an extended open channel. Selle has some longer models so may eventually try one. I had a hard time finding a seat to fit curvature of my butt/bones. Tried 2 ISM saddles and loved their open channels and pronged open front, but the 2 that I tried were too flat on top which caused the rounded edges sloping downward to be uncomfortable. The Selle Italia saddles are classic curvature for road cycling and there are different models to pick from. This was the 3rd one I tried from Selle and it fits me best for road cycling. Sleek comfortable contour and lightweight with adequate padding. Texture of surface is a bit grippy - would be better with a faux leather or something that allows more sliding, but then again, this saddle has slight curvature to it’s shape so you are fit into it; for some riders this might limit how much you can move to the back. On long climbs , for example, this might be an issue for some riders that like to sit back on the saddle going up a long grade. I compensated for the lack of length but lowering the front by 2 or 3 degrees and on 25 mile ride today had no discomfort or compression of soft tissue. It’s a tighter fitting saddle than I’m used to but seems to work very well and open channel does seem to relieve my never compression issue. For most road cyclists this is probably a very good choice so long as it fits your body.

Good but not my seat
Great seat, the cut out is perfect but the way the seat curves down means that the edge of the cutout is angles up which in turn happens to rub me wrong and I developed a saddle sore in that spot. Just the way the saddle interacts with my body and the chamois on my bib. Otherwise this is a saddle that I sat on and instantly thought wow this is comfortable and I felt no discomfort on 1 hr rides. But most of my rides are long so it did not work out

Tricky setup but great once dialed in.
I had some trouble with setting these up, it will punish a bad position since you get no stability from the nose. Don't be afraid to slam this seat forward on the rails, that is what ended up comfortable for me. For the saddle tilt, I found close to level was the most comfortable (place cutting board on top of saddle, level it, then lower nose until comfortable). You sit pretty far back on this saddle compared to others.

Just get it
This is the narrow version which works very very well. Very good channel relief and I’ve put them on all of my bikes. I initially entered cycling and was recommended much wider saddles, which caused a lot of issues with dry clearance and sitting skewed on the saddle. This has largely been resolved with using this narrow saddle, which has pretty good Thigh clearance. We’ll keep on using this unless something better comes out down the road
