This book is worth every penny. I've been using it now for 4 weeks and it is keeping me on track with my goals. I've lost 12lbs so far and I feel that if I'd not been keeping track with the book I wouldn't have lost half as much. I love being able to record my achievements and meal plans and the added bonus is you can let your creativity flow with numerous opportunities to colour and create. It really is brilliant and slimming world compatible!

The book is fine but now in the bin. Slimming world is an awful thing

The book is designed beautifully and laid out well. However, it is really poor quality, the cover pages are thin and flimsy and the paper quality isn’t great. There are very few stickers, it says that the book should last seven weeks but there are less than thirty work out stickers and only 8 to do stickers.It’s not terrible but for the price it would be better to buy something else. I’m really disappointed

Easy to use, packed with positive tool to motivate you and keep track of your journey. Good quality for the price, colour scheme bright and beautiful, I am looking for to using this everyday.

Absolutely unbelievable product.Not only is this book made specifically for planning with slimming world, it is inspirational, and it makes planning so much fun.Great stickers to use, they make you feel accomplished when you can mark a week off. And you can see your progress.This product is not just about planning, but I think a lot of thought into the buyers wellbeing and mental health has gone into it, and that’s what makes this product so special, and no product can even come near to how good this is.The little secret in the book is what life is all about.

Annoyed delivery was late as I pay it for it, to be delivered by 1pm next day except it didn’t happen!!!!Annoyed with that completely!Dairy wax ok, full of info to fill in
