Still works and looks new after 3 years, I will be using this company again when I upgrade.

There is absolutely no need to buy this new. This is as good as new and works wonderfully. Absolutely the best phone purchase.

The screen has been replaced with a non genuine screen and also suspect battery is also non genuine.The screen is so obvious to anyone who knows anything about their iphones quality and performance. Pixelated compared to a genuine iphone xs screen and also colours are washed out and more cool looking with less sharpness.The phone's condition was immaculate but what is the point if the screen you are looking at isnt a genuine apple screen.Dunno if all these amazon 'renewed' phones are like this or if this is just a one off

Really good phone for the price I paid £210. Battery health was at 88%, it charges absolutely fine, screen is good. Got a screen protector with the phone and it's brilliant. Can't fault the phone at the moment.

What can i say - Had the phone 7 months.. This is by far just like purchasing a new phone and the battery life is awesome just need charging once a day.The phone itself works wonders, no problems occurred so far. Fingers crossed it stays the same for another 7-8 months. I normally buy a brand new phone once year. Defo will be purchasing again from these in the future

Absolutely immaculate. Not a mark I can see on it and battery health at 93%.It didn't come with an Apple box, which is great as it just goes in the bin anyway, but it did come with an original Apple charger, a SIM adapter and the pointy SIM removal tool that I can never find when I need one. It arrived well packaged with a 60% charge and a 1yr warranty.Very pleased with this. A fast service and an affordable, high quality replacement for my old iPhone.
