Excellent product
This product is good. If you are bushing and rolling plan on at least 4-5 coats. The product shrinks 50% so apply thick coats

Easy to apply
used a paint roller. easy to apply. the extent to which the underlaying material will soak up or repel the stickiness of the coating will determine how well and how long it will work. I coated an aging tarp. The material was beginning to wear, so the first coat soaked up and through. the tarp itself in some areas were very suspect. the coating went on fine, and it has added some life to the tarp. I expect the tarp will ultimately need replacing. Maybe this has given it s few more months of life. I imaging if used on other materials it will work well. Waterproof, and messy to use, but it works!

Roof Sealant
I purchased a used motorhome and the roof has never been sealed. After researching several different brands I chose this sealant from Ames after reading multiple reviews. It goes on easy and I finished putting on the second coat today. It looks great and I can already tell a difference with lower inside temperature in the hot, Florida sun. This should make camping much better this summer.

Working well for outside deck
I liked how it worked. Loved the texture and water proofing for a floor outside

Very thin
I used this roof coating on a customer’s RV, and while it provided plenty of coverage, I found it to be far too thin. I had to apply four coats just to get a decent build-up, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Even after properly priming the surface, I noticed it starting to lift in places, which raises concerns about its long-term durability. In my opinion, this product is better suited for coating asphalt roofs rather than an RV roof. It just doesn’t seem to have the right consistency or adhesion needed for an RV application. If you’re looking for something reliable for an RV roof, I’d recommend considering other options.
