Flexibility
Great product and sound quality. Made my life easier by being able to walk around the office whist having conference calls. Only downside is towards battery running out it drops Bluetooth and no one can hear you.

I brought this item as it’s wireless and can be linked to more than one item at a time.Easy to use, really good and very comfortable good value for money

Disappointed and returned the product
I was very disappointed with the sound quality of this product. Plus I had lots of issues with it losing connection. Sounds was tinny and distant not what I would expect from a £50+ product.

Great headset, comfortable, if only it worked!
So this headset worked great on audio through a browser (e.g. youtube) however it refused to work with teams, skype or any other audio software. The microphone doesn't work on anything making it useless. I had high hopes for it but sadly its a no go :(

Solid product
Good product. Clear sound both ways. Noise cancellation is slightly redundant as this model only has one ear piece.

poor noise cancellation and charge
Lovely headset, sits well on the head. Noise cancelling isn't very good so not what we expected and is disappointing. The headset has to be recharged every day as doesn't appear to hold charge well.

Good little headset
Easy to set up , quick to charge and a good comfortable headset. No problem with sound as just turned it up .
