Base broke after 6 months.
This chair was ok for about 6 months. Then it broke at the base leaving me on the floor. I was not hurt at all but it wasn’t fun and for $200 it should last longer than 6 months. I’m 150lbs less than the weight capacity of this chair and it’s mine alone so I don’t know. I’ve never had one break before like this.

Not very “big and tall” friendly. Feels sketchy
I figured for the price, the chair wouldn’t be amazing, but it’s not a very overall good chair. First off, the chairs comfort is decent for short bursts. The problem is that sitting in it, feels like you’re going to slide out of it, due to the very shallow seat depth. I am 6 foot 3 inches, 330 pounds. Sitting in the chair feels very uneasy. It has quite a wobble on it while sitting in it. It’s very unsettling to say the least. When you roll around in it the wobble is pretty noticeable. It does sit at a decent height for tall people. The width is good, but the arm rest sit at a very low height. If you need a cheap chair for sitting in short spurts for maybe an hour or so, this does the job. I would not recommend this chair if you’re looking for something that you can sit in and use all day or even a few hours at a time. The constant feeling of sliding out of it, and the excessive swaying with any slight movement is not a reassuring feeling. The casters also feel very sketchy as well. So if you’re looking for a long use chair, that you’ll be spending multiple hours a day in, spend the extra money on one that’s built sturdier, and doesn’t make you fear moving around in it.Update: This chair is now so squeaky and wobbly, it’s maddening. The chair is also leaning to the left at an angle, and the padding is completely flat and I’m basically sitting on a flat platform. To top it all of two of the casters have seized up. DON’T BIY THIS CHAIR!!!!!!

Best office chair I've ever owned
I'm 6'4" and 340 lbs. It's hard to find good chairs that fit my body type and height, and that don't feel like they're about to break under me. Office chairs usually feel cheap and perilous. Not this guy. This chair feels sturdy. It feels like it's going to endure. The cushions are soft and finally give me the back support I need--the back support I deserve as an American, god damn it. And as an American, the easy-to-follow instructions were also much appreciated because my pride in my country keeps me from reading complicated instructions like a reasonable person. My one criticism since receiving and setting up the chair four days ago is that the seat is tilted just a tad forward and there's really no way to recline it at all. ultimately it offers better support for my back this way but I feel like I'm putting a lot more pressure on my legs than I prefer. That's a very small complaint though; it feels sturdy and doesn't maim my ass or my spine to sit in it, so what more could I ask for?

Weight capacity is 300 lbs
I've been using this chair for a couple of weeks and so far really like it. Fits me just right and is very comfortable. However, if you're looking for a BIG chair, look elsewhere. This chair is much smaller than expected, although it turned out fine for me. Description says weight capacity is 400 lbs. Sticker on chair says 300 lbs. So if you're looking for a extra large-capacity chair, this is not necessarily going to work for you. Also, I'm not convinced that this chair will last a long time, as one of the internal plastic parts arrived cracked. Probably why I only paid $135 for it.

Comfortable but not long lasting
I purchased this chair for its height. I'm 6'1" but well under 200 pounds. I work from home.I've used it 5 days a week for just under 4 years. Within the first two years I needed to purchase covers for the arm pads. And now, the "LeatherSoft" is splitting in the seat and seams. It is a quite comfortable chair, but I expected an office chair should last longer. With that said - you get what you pay for.

Easy, Big and Comfortable
I bought this for my father in-law, who is 6' 4" and 260 lbs. He is not a small dude. Here on the headlines on this product...Assembly was really easy. The instructions are hard to see with the small images, but that didn't keep us from building it in about 18 minutes. It fits him well. Again, he is not a small man, and the chair fits him very. He plopped down in it a few times when I was there, and there wasn't any issue. It is really comfortable. It has a fair amount of cushion, so comfortable to sit in for longer periods of time. I'll check-in with him to see if it wears down, but after a week so far so good.ProsJust as the title says...It was easy to assembleIt is a good size for big dudesIt is comfyAnd I'll add one more, which the price is really hard to beat. We looked at a bunch of chairs in this category and this one stood out.ConsI hate the directions that come with these type of chairs. Annoying.Would I buy againYes

not great, bad even
It's an OK chair, but the padding goes out quick. The damned padding is basically smashed flat, even the arm padding.I dunno, good not great. Prolly gonna have to buy another chair because who likes a numb ass while they work?Updating my review. After <2 years of use, the main hunk of metal connecting the chair to the legs/castors just straight up broke. I weight 260 lbs, but that should have been no issue for something rated 400 lbs, right? I cant even imagine being bigger than I am and trying to use this chair. It's not wide enough and broke under MY sub 300 weight.Wouldn't recommend. It's getting 2 stars because it did last >1 year.

Solid chair for a Solid Guy
I am near 270 lbs and needed a sturdy chair (Trying to reduce the weight but I am for what I am right now.) This chair was well-packaged, easy to assemble, looks really good, and feels great to sit in for a few hours at a time. If anything I would say that the left armrest feels a bit squishy compared to the other, like it may not have had its padding glued down quite right, and the lower lumbar could use a more PLUSH cushion, but other than that it has been excellent, solid, and noise-free for the past couple of weeks. If anything changes I will update. 01/27/2021.
