Wasn't sure these would work as mine were older and didn't have any of the model numbers listed. I just went with the fact that they were the 3/4" and they did work and saved me the hassle of having to change out these valves. They're like new now! No leaks! Great product.

As advertised. However, dont bother replacing just one side. Do them both. Since we are on that topic, a whole new unit is about the same cost. If you aren't too challenged by the plumbing aspect of this, just replace the while thing. If you are skilled enough to properly diagnose the diaphragm as being the problem, you can probably do this project. Chin up, have confidence! You can do it!

I noticed one of my sprinklers in a particular zone was dribbling when the system was off. It was the lowest point in the zone but it was dripping all the time. I ordered a few of these replacement valve diaphragms. It was easy to open up the valve with 5 or 6 screws on top. I did notice a grain (slightly bigger) of sand was stuck in the old one. It left a dent so I just put the new one in and leak was stopped.

Typed in IRRITROL 311-A and it listed this product. This product does not fit the 311-A model. Too big.

exact match replaces old Richdel valve's diaphragm in 2012 installed sprinkler system.. woman at Irritrol did her best to help ID the valve for me, but had no wat to be certain. turns out, the parts were identical, and leak is fixed. figured I'd share this with anyone looking to fix an old Richdel jar top - which looks identical to the Irritrol 2400
