Love this in espresso
Love this in espresso. Mix it in, then spin up in a blender... Just like butter. Rich frothy... MMMMM 1 tablespoon to a cup.

milder than most
This is 10x better than most grocery shelf olive oils, but there is still a funny aftertaste. Reminds of of disinfectant mixed with marshmallows if you can imagine that.

Great testing Oil with good value
I grew up in a family which owns olive orchards so I am used to using and eating a lot of oil. I love the test of this oil because it is softer than the extra virgin oil and it is not overwhelming. It is great when eaten fresh with Salads, or garlic dip and also it is great for cooking and does not smoke a lot. I usually do not write reviews but I wanted to give a shout to this product and I like the price on Amazon as well.
