I am a huge fan of this product. I noticed results nearly immediately. I am a highly sensitive individual that has been dealing with chronic, ongoing stress and this has been game changing. I feel more balanced & relaxed. I also notice I don’t crave caffeine much anymore. It’s great that it is in liquid form so you can adjust the dosage accordingly.As for the taste, its a supplement, what do people expect? I would rather have a less appetizing *health* supplement than to be consuming additional additives. It is genuinely not bad. Chase it with water or juice and you’re good to go. Highly recommend.

I was using with b6 to help with pain relief. Too bad I spent so much on what looks to be a high quality supplement. Hopefully I can find someone to gift it to.
