Sikaflex Self Leveling Sealant, Gray, polyurethane with an accelerated curing capacity for sealing horizontal expansion joints in concrete, 10.1 fl. oz Cartridge

This product is not for sealing vertical cracks and joints, horizontal only. I have a few wide gaps between slabs in my driveway and I was told that could undermine it and cause it to sink. I got some sand and filled in the gaps, leaving a half inch depth at the top. You put this stuff in your caulking gun and then basically just pour it in. It's a little thicker than honey and it will flow and fill in the area so you don't need to be as precise as with regular caulk. Just move along, allowing the caulk to ooze out as you go. It is self leveling and self sealing because it flows and makes contact with all the sides. It is supposed to remain stretchy and keep the water out for a long time. I can't say anything about that because I only just applied it but it has dried to a rubbery consistency and it looks great.

A little runny sometimes but nice to apply with tubes and caulking gun. Seems to skin and set very quickly. Dried product is slightly rubbery but solidly stays in place. Cost is a small factor because tubes don't go very far. Overall would buy again. Hope it doesn't turn brittle after a year like old pour out bottles did.

This is the best and easiest product I have used to fill small cracks in my concrete driveway.

The product is fantastic, very happy with the result.Problem was Amazon shipping, 4 loose in a large box and the bad handling had bent all the nozzles, thankful none had broken off but the packing was dreadful

Does a fantastic job filling driveway expansion joints. Easy to apply, self-leveling really works! I did find that you go through the cartridges pretty quick, so I used "play" sand to level the area where I was going to apply so I didn't have to apply too thick. I also sprinkled a little concrete dust on top so it would blend in with driveway. That worked but not necessary. The old rotten wood that was the expansion joint was a major eye sore especially with the weeds/grass constantly growing through.

This stuff is just great! You need to fill large gaps with backer hose otherwise it will take a lot of this to fill the joints. It is easy to use and does actually self level which I love as you don't have to get your hands messy trying to spread it, it spreads itself. I've used on all my joints around my pool deck which I now plan to paint with concrete paint. It's an added value that this is paintable.
