Love this marinade had trouble getting this flavour in the shops, lovely on lamb

Just sprinkled on and cook, to get the flavour of mint on lamb. Good value for money.

brought this from amazon, because i could not find it in the shops. this is the only one i used on lamb.

Bought for my daughter

I have bought this product multiple times. Always produces a delicious flavour for chicken or lamb. I mix it with a little oil in a bag to ensure the pieces of meat are coated nicely (add a little cornflour if you like a thicker sauce). No need to add extra water as the meat produces its own.

As described

So easy to use, just sprinkle on, or toss the meat in the mint mix. The taste is lovely, especially with lamb. I did my chops in a frying pan, you get the strip of fat well coated, and this then browns to dark succulent taste. Only down side, is the pan is a bit of a mess afterwards. Possibly, roasted in the oven, might bypass this. Found it difficult to buy, but Amazon came up with of course.
