Ceramic Frog Mug and Spoon, 12 oz.

Got this for my husbands mom. The quality is so poor, I feel like this was a trick to make me look like an idiot. 1. The spoon is broken 2. The cup mouth is awkwardly tiny 3. The colors are pale 4. There’s pale blond hairs in the box? 5. The painting and color is faded. This must be the classic “knockoff”… I’d rather not give my mother-in-law anything tbh

This mug is adorable! And as much as I admire the mug, I admire the customer service and ethics of the company. I witnessed the postal carrier’s handling of the package, and knew it would be broken before I opened it. I was correct. I followed the return/exchange procedure, and reported the carrier’s actions. When UPS arrived to pick up the broken item, they handed me the replacement. The entire process was completed in a little over 48 hours, no hassle, no fuss. And I love my little frog mug, which holds a sentimental meaning to me. I will definitely purchase from this company again!

It was a gift and she simply loved it! I rated it a three on sturdiness but overall a five because the spoon hangs precariously on the rim and it is also ceramic. This had to be re-shipped to me because the spoon was broken in half when I received it the first time. The spoon is packaged in a cardboard box only and the cup is in bubble wrap. They need to package the spoon differently in my opinion. That being said, cat lovers around the world will adore this. I’m getting two more as gifts for Christmas. Hope they change the way they package the spoon.

I'm so glad I let the reviews sway me into buying myself this mug - it's the cutest thing ever! It's even more adorable in person, and I love being able to perch the spoon on the cup - and play with it while waiting for my tea to cool down.The white part is a little more cream-colored, and the paint looks very nice. The slightly curved shape seems like it helps keep my drink warm longer since it keeps the steam in better. It's the perfect size for me - leaves a comfortable amount of room from the top when using the medium setting on a Keurig brewer.The seller seems to have upgraded their packaging from some of the earlier reviews - mine was -very- well packaged, with the spoon even individually wrapped twice!

This CAT Ceramic Mug & Spoon Set is sweet and original in appearance. I am disappointed with the ceramic finish as it is inferior to my expectations. There are two very small holes in the front (one on cat's black face and the other on the white glaze on the left side of cat's ear. I'm using it for decorative purposes only and these are not easy to see as such. However, if purchasing for daily use....regular hand washing may compromise the glaze finish around these minor defects? The glaze is also "tinny"....it is not a high quality finish; this means it is easy to chip and therefore I do not consider user friendly. I suppose the high price is for originality more than quality of merchandise. It is sweet, though=)

I'm obsessed with anything pig related and this mug and spoon set is adorable. Great size and a great set.

I purchased this mug for my daughter as a Christmas present in 2016. She recently told me it was her favorite gift that year. We ave had no issue with it. I purchased the same mug as a cat for my other daughter, and she loves hers as well. I noticed the poor reviews, so I thought I should chime in. I could see how the spoon could break so we've always been very careful with it, but that would be true of any ceramic spoon with little hook arms.

My daughter loves this cat mug we got her for her birthday. It actually arrived broken but when we contacted the seller and asked for another one to be sent expedited to arrive in time, they got it to us super fast in great, secure packaging to keep it from breaking. My 13 year old enjoys this every day!The spoon is a little too small to be that useful in the big mug, but we didn't really need the spoon and it's such a cute touch :)
