What is the template material made of? ABS?

NMot sure but it looks like ABS, you shouls ask or call Stone coat. they would be happy to tell you . they are alwaysd easy to talk to.

Is it Waterproof can I use glue stick instead of acetone

Acetone works great. The problem I had with acetone was finding a container to dispense the acetone cleanly and without damaging the container components. I found CA glue works really well. With CA glue you do not need to use the activator, just hold the pieces together for about 10 seconds after applying so it can bond. Alternatively, hot glue will not make a permanent adhesion. If you do not bend or move the template too much, the hot glue will work temporarily.

Cali acetone does not touch it. both old and new can. going to try hot glue. anybody try any other solvents?

It's too bad you don't have access to pure acetone. Anything that will hold two pieces of plastic together should work--hot glue like you suggest, epoxy glue, super glue, even duct tape.

What is total liner feet?

Linear feet = length, in a straight line, of the total of all the pieces, end-to-end
