Quite salty, but a good product

I was under the impression that an un cured ham was less salty and that the taste was better. I did not find that to be the case.

You can get a 10lb+ for under $70 (As an addon or an actually freebee if you purchase a box during a holiday event) not including the bone that can be cooked down and turned into broth at GoodRanchers. Ya they'll never see me advertising for em but they've done more than right by me, so ya, this comment will probably get deleted or sent to the shadow zone...but hopefully this will help as hopefully, depending on the holiday, you can get a really good holiday ham for free or very cheap with a box of high quality meats to go with it.

At first I felt the ham was over priced but it was well worth the money! Cooked very easily, super tender, delicious. Barely no leftovers from one family dinner!

Great phots of this ham. Unfortunately, the good ended there. Little flavor, not resembling any ham I’ve ever had. Didnt know you could mess one up.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I sent this as a Christmas present to my best friend and he LOVED it.
