If you mean a scribe or a wheel, then no. There is a little divot in the end of the ruler where you can rest the tip of a sharp pencil to mark a line. That would be accurate enough for most work.

Not at all. Has 90 and 45 degrees only. ..and even in 90 and 45 it's works bad. .because it has this movement even when you tite it with the gold screw. ..it can be 88 or 92 so it's not square. ...
