Amazing improvement over stock speakers with stock head unit
These are the speakers that should come stock on all Wranglers and compatible Jeeps in my opinion. I went back and forth over whether or not to buy speakers that would need brackets and wiring adapters or these "OEM" fit speakers. I'm very glad I went with the OEM speakers. They fit perfectly in my 2016 JKU. I usually have the top and doors off my jeep in the spring and summer months where there will inevitably be a lot of road and outside noise that would normally drown out the stock speakers. I could hear my music loud and clear with the new speakers in. The stock head unit does a great job of powering them. You can hear the music more clearly at lower and higher volumes. Music sounds much more full, even without a subwoofer. While the stock head unit powers them just fine, you can definitely tell that the Kickers are ready for more power to be put to them. If you have an upgraded head unit already, these speakers will help realize that cleaner, more powerful signal in your aftermarket head unit. I recommend these speakers if you need a high quality upgrade to your compatible Jeep.I've included a comparison photo of the Kicker and stock speaker. You can clearly see the difference in magnet size and you'll feel it too as you install them. If you aren't aware, the magnet is what causes the cone of the woofer to move/vibrate. This contributes to the clearer, fuller sound you will get from these speakers because they can move more air.If you have installed speakers or car stereo equipment before, it will take you an hour, maybe two to install the speakers. If you are a beginner or have never installed car stereo equipment it may take you 2-3 hours, just be sure to watch a couple YouTube videos. The tricky part is removing the dash pieces, the speaker boxes come out easily. Most of the time is spent on the front dash speakers of a JK. The rollbar will take you 10 minutes and most of that time is just removing/replacing the screws. The speaker install effortlessly. The front speakers are a bit more challenging however.

Great sound now. Yay!
I did not like the sound from Jeep Wrangler JK stock speakers at all. My hubby installed these easily and they are awesome. We did add fiberfill in all the empty spaces that surrounded the speakers to enhance the sound quality. I couldn't be happier.

Big improvement!
As you can tell in the pictures, these speakers are way better than OEM. The sound quality was much better even with the OEM Radio. Worked perfect in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler.

worth the money
not the funnest install took me like 2 hours and i was taking my time. you need a small trim pry bar a 7mm socket and a 10mm. for passengers side front remove side panel and glove box. pulling back bottom of dash was far easier than trying to pull it out through the glove box hole. drivers side had a lil more room. for sound bar honestly it’s easier to remove the sound bar. it’s 3 bolts on each side. do passengers side first cause the electrical plug is there. undo plug then do drivers side. if you have freedom tops the knobs for those may have to come out too. it’s a torx for the speaker covers. i went to a local fabric store and for 5 bucks got some white flossy batting. i made 4 14” squares and cut a slit in the middle. put batting over speaker hole, pull wire through the slit and push the batting into the speaker hole. install speaker on top. this will give you a much better sound. 4 stars because the bass could be a lil better but as a whole they far exceed the speakers that came with the jeep. you will have to adjust your bass treble and mid levels using the tuner knob on the radio. test each speaker individually by using fade left to right and front to back.i think overall these are worth the 170 or so i spent including the batting. Wranglers are high priced vehicles. idk why jeep wouldn’t put better speakers in them to start with. i guess to justify the 3800 they charge for upgrading the speakers but these are good and truly plug n play.

Best investment I could’ve made
This has to be one of the best investments I have made to my jeep. I enjoy music a lot and when it came down to the stock speakers they did not have the best sound and possible the worst speakers. Installation was only about an hour but there was a world of difference when it came down to choosing a song. Definitely worth the money and shipping was fast too!

Completely worth the $ Simple Install
Easy install. Was timid when it came to the front swap. However, easy install. Lower steering wheel, start at the top and pop out the undermolding then pop out side molding of dash. Easy start with a flathed. 3 7mm bolt screws releases the dash enough to remove the speaker box 2 7mm bolt screws on the side and a 10mm bolt screw underneaththe speaker box. Disconnect the speaker box and wiggle out. Don't worry, your dash is very flexible. Remove the old speaker 3 Phillips and disconnect the wiring. Reverse these easy instructions to install the drivers side. Passenger side; Open glove box pinch top inner drawer and roll out. Then follow same instructions as the drivers side. Sound bar is 3 7mm torx per speaker. 10 min install for both. Took me an hour to change all four. After each install use you fade and balance to make sure each speaker is working properly.

Worthwhile upgrade to OEM sound system
2011 Jeep JK sport. I am very happy with the improvement noticed with these speakers. The bass is noticeable and the highs are much cleaner. Making DSP adjustments are easy to hear. Speakers are plug-n-play and fit perfectly. I'm not going to be adding a sub or amp, so this discreet speaker upgrade is all I needed.

Plug and play for 2012 Jeep Wrangler with base stereo system (no subwoofer).
These Kicker speakers sound way better than the factory speakers in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler with the base stereo system! The sound bar speakers are easy to install, the fronts are a bit more of a pain (drivers side), but they are doable. I also installed Dynamat and polyfill in both the sound bar and the front speaker boxes at the time I installed these speakers. Bass is much improved over OEM, but not as good as if I added a subwoofer. I installed the Kicker replacement tweeters in the upper dash positions at the same time. I can now run my factory radio at max volume without distortion after adjusting the radio EQ. Factory plugin on the speakers so there is NO SPLICING for a true plug and play install.
