This oil has a deep, rich nutty flavor that is evident in its aroma. I have used it to fry dumplings, to make seseme honey salad dressing, and added to a stir fry. All uses so far has added just the right amount of nuttiness I was hoping for. I highly recommend this oil.

A very good flavor
I love sesame oil for frying, particularly veggies. It adds a great flavor. This one is very nice. I tried one which was better, but I can't find it anymore. I'm sure there are many that are worse. So if you want a pretty good Sesame oil, buy this.
