Warm and reassuring contact welcoming email from manufacturer, should any advice or problem occur from point of purchase .Elegant design and weight. Nice to hold. Less clumsy than others.Will be installed next week after bathroom refit.Much cleaner and hygienic to use..better for health... and cheaper too overall.Highly recommended bathroom addition.

High quality plumbing hardware
I am suffering from piles and this gadget surely is a life changing reliever in everyday life!Installation was a simple 5’ job if you know how a plumbing spanner works. Add some extra silicon tape to your connections to ensure a leak-free job. You feel immediately you have a high quality piece of hardware in your hand. The weight of course gives you a first good impression but especially the valve turns very smoothly and precise, no play at all.Maybe I still have to get used to operating this thing but two times my bathroom was flooded from water sprayed between the seat and the bowl.
