Fat Brain Toys Box N Balls - Open-Ended Trick-Shot Game for Ages 5 to Adult

With 6 grandchilren aged 8 and under, it sometimes is difficult to get them to all play together...mildly put, it can be a zoo. This toy was a hit. The balls are small, so, yes be sure to keep an eye on the babes. But our group had a concentrated hour of entertainment. This can be set up to be as easy or as difficult as your competitive imagination takes you. The toddlers took turns rolling the balls over the boxes...and were so excited to have a ball land in a box! The sound effects from the diffetent sized boxes is pleasant. The adults were a bit more inventive. It takes a while to get the hang of things...but I rate this a 5 star for imagination, challenge, fun, coordination, patience, and multi age interest.

The bounce and boxes are such a fun activity for all ages! The boxes can be configured in a variety of ways to add difficulty to the game or simplify for younger players. Lots of fun and hours of enjoyment!!

I purchased this gift for my 10-year old grandson for Christmas. He was fascinated & challenged by the many different ways that this game can be played. Lots of fun played alone or with family and friends. He also loved the sound that the balls made while bouncing on the wood. A unique gift that met all of our expectations. Excellent quality too.

My husband found this online for my 6 yr old's birthday... I wasn't sure it would be a hit, but have had luck with Fat Brain Toys in the past, so decided to give it a try. Wow! It was an immediate hit for all of us, and almost addictive! The various patterns suggested for the blocks can make it easier or harder, and the sounds the balls make when hitting the blocks is oddly satisfying. Very clever idea! The only issue we had is that because the balls have a seam or whatever, they bounce unevenly (think crazy balls!), which is fun but also a little annoying when they are bouncing everywhere and you are trying to keep track of them and keep away from pets! But overall a hit!

I bought this for my grandson’s 7th birthday. He loves sports trick shots and challenges, so it was my hope that he’d enjoy this game.I brought it over, we had cake and then he opened it. He played with it for an hour as soon as he opened it! (sharing it with his 2 year old sister of course) When his dad came home from work, he ran to tell Dad about it and then THEY played with it and LOVED IT!I knew that Fat Brain Toys was the way to go for that unique gift that won’t disappoint!!Thank you! My son loves this toy. It came on time and he plays with it daily. However, after a week one of the boxes started falling apart. I’m going to emai the company to see what happens and will hopefully be able to change my rating here.Update: I emailed the company after writing this review and they emailed back that very day. They sent me a replacement box free of charge and I received it less than a week after the email! The new box is sturdy and still strong and my son is still having fun with it.

I thought this would be a fun gift for my grandson. He’s a thinker and he did enjoy playing with it. First, there is a seam that goes all the way around all of the balls and it does make the ball not bounce correctly. I took some light sandpaper and tried to smooth them. I think it helped. His 2 year old sister got a hold of the balls and immediately chomped one in half. Bits were in her mouth and that was my fault. The balls are low quality though. Now playing with the boxes was some fun, but when the box is upside down and you bounce in to it, the ball usually bounces out and does not stay in. I was wishing there was something that kept the balls from bouncing out so easily. It would be easier for kids to tell scores better. My grandson said he liked playing with it. This great inspiration could be better.

My son is very into Dude Perfect and anything related to “trick shots” so he absolutely loved this gift. I was worried the challenges might be too hard for him (he’s 7) but they are actually perfect for him! My 4 yr old also enjoys it. And I’ve even caught my husband playing it without the kids 😂
