This was a gift for my husband. Upon receiving the item and after charging it, it wasn’t turning on. I contacted the seller who was very quick to respond, they rang me and told us what to do, one simple click of a button and it was all up & running. Had this for a couple of weeks now and my husband is very very pleased with it. Excellent quality videos & pics, terrific sounding audio, easy to upload your videos /files to a computer. Worked ok first week , sometimes pressed button numerous times before it would work , but tonight it failed to work for about 30 attempts seems ok now, but tempermental, not good if its an serious incident, had a minor incident tonight , failed as i say 10 times on approach , so i pretented it was working , once they were away , another approx 20 presses before firing up , if it keeps happening i will need to send it back .

Always use rewire body cam they are brilliant peaceful equipment especially working on the doors with highly recommend buying one if you're security
