This motor works perfect. It’s quiet. It turns at the proper speed, mounting it, and installing it was quite easy.

I installed it within 15 minutes. I also recommend you purchase a condenser as well as my Air conditioner needed the condenser, but both really need to be replaced. I saved $7,000 dollars as I did not have to purchase a new air conditioner. Look for videos on YouTube to learn how to install this unit. Simply, type "how to install a condenser fan" for "Model name and number" to get some results.

I'm not sure if it's the motor or the company, Furnace Factory Outlet, that is my biggest disappointment. The motor was shipped not in original packaging, but just loose in a brown cardboard box with a piece of brown paper around it. The motor had a broken mounting bolt. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. We just used a threaded rod to replace the mounting bolt, and mounted the motor. I notified the company of the broken bolt, but since the motor mounted fine, and was working, we did not pursue it.The fan motor ran fine for about two months, then just stopped working.I really believe the motor I was sent was a rebuilt or returned motor, not a new one. I see that Factory Furnace Outlet has a really bad review rating (76%), so shame on me for not paying attention to that. I contacted the company, and they said since it was past 30 days, there was nothing they could do.So again, I'm not sure if it's the motor or the company, I just know it was a bad experience, but I would be very leery of buying from them again.

Didn’t seem as heavy duty as the original but worked great

We finally out of the 3 digit temp,gone give it a go. After install spun the blade by hand . Heard a squeaky sound,guessing it the newness. Other than shortness of leads it’s running smoothly.
