Hinge screws were stripped on mine
Arrived packaged nicely in a cardboard box. The box was then fixed to a pallet in an upright position. After starting the installation process we noticed 15 out of 18 hinge screws were stripped. This caused the door handle striker and strike plate to not line up which added 2 hours to install.

I am in love with this door
This pre-hung door is gorgeous! I bought it to add to my living room to separate it from the rest of the house. The opening where it went is slightly bigger, but my brother was able to add wood to help close that gap and attached the framing of the door to it. I haven’t painted it yet, but I am seriously in love with this door and love the look it added to the house.
