Can have the reverse effect sadly ☹️
Be careful with these as they can actually make you feel very low and anxious.I took them for a while and started becoming quite anxious and depressed so stopped taking them and now I feel normal again.They clearly affect everyone differently!

Unsure about these
I had my daughter take these for a couple of months and I noticed she became quite distant and very introvert. I thought mabye it wasn't the tablets but after being off them a few weeks again she is coming back to her normal self so be careful with these. They can affect different people in funny ways.
