Good beginner's overview

I recommend this book for anyone wanting a high level overview of OKR. No doubt, there are sections in which detail is light and more more step by step discussions would benefit, as much as there are other sections in which detail exists and yet relevance is lesser, but on the whole this is a worthwhile resource and a recommended read.
