I made 36 hours fermented yogurt with L-C. Delicious! My joints responded within 24 of eating the yogurt. I feel better, more energy and I’m sleeping better.

This is the missing link probiotic
This specific strain probiotic is not common on the list of probiotics that are labeled on most probiotic formulas. The lactobacillus coagulans is very important and very effective. This has GREATLY helped me with feminine ph issues. I have combined it with my other probiotic brand, vitamin c, and dried pineapple fruit to serve as the prebiotic. This has truly helped me. If you are lactose intolerant also take a lactase enzyme with the combo.

My new holy grail
This made ALL of the difference for me when it came to regularity and bloating. People don’t realize all our bodies are different. For some of us the multiple strains in the big brand probiotics will continue leaving you bloated and uncomfortable, because it’s more than your body needs. I had heard about different symptoms needing different strains of probiotic. Look into that, cause this might be your saving grace also!

I decided to add B. Coagulans to the probiotic mix after taking a GI Map test that showed my microbiome was low. I noticed this specific strain is rarely included in combination probiotics but is included in a lot of collagen powders. Not sure why that is. I have not experienced any adverse effects from taking.

Great product at a great price!
I have to use DAO with my meals because my body produces 1/5th of the amount of DAO that is normal, and required to break down histamine after it has been released and done it's job. If you don't break it down, you end up with chronic inflammation, so it's important to get it broken down. This product does the job much more cheaply than other DAO supplements I've tried. That's a HUGE win!Thanks, Swanson, for making products at human prices, rather than at (unjustifiable) astronomically high prices.
