Excellent product. Bought it for a kids party and they had the best fun using it. Easy to use. Very clean (sugar doesn’t fly everywhere- I’d read this in some reviews, just switch off before you put sugar in), easy to clean. Fab!!

Have tried a few machines before this one and to be honest they've all been rubbish, making very little candy floss and throwing sugar everywhere. This one however works really well and makes large fluffy candy floss with very little mess, and easy to clean also. I would definitely recommend.

I had read lots of reviews so I felt I was taking a bit of a gamble after reading reviews of the machine catching fire, sugar burning or it just not working, but I was pleasantly surprised! You MUST pre-heat the machine and twist the stick EXACTLY as the instructions say and you'll have no issues. Obviously don't let the candyfloss touch the heating element as you twist the stick, otherwise it goes hard, clumps together and isn't fluffy anymore. I think this is where the bad reviews come from....user error! It's not difficult to use if you follow the instructions.Adult supervision is definitely needed as obviously the heating element gets very hot but my 8 year old had no issues and was able to do it all herself.The maching is a good weight with suckers underneath to keep it in place.We made 4 or 5 flosses, one after the other, so you could use it at a party, although you do get a rim of sugar that builds up in the bowl after that many, so you do need to knock that off before carrying on (this takes seconds!) but then you could make several more.It is easy to put together and all the parts that get sugar on them come off easily so can be washed in warm soapy water.

Bought for the kids to use with their friends. Very easy to use and also easy to clean. Provided lots of fun all round. The candy floss is brilliant.

Does not really work well after a couple of uses but after sale service from seller is good.

nice the motor went bust after about 12-15 goes which was very good value

My daughter enjoys it alot! The only thing is sugar will fly and sometimes hit the face , just need to stay a bit further away

Great little machine that my daighter loved. She was so excited at Christmas to recieve it, unfortunately the element broke by 9th March. So pretty poor bearing in mind the actual use it has had. Missed the return window so money down the drain! Don't waste your time or money with this one.
