Get what you pay for (and that’s a lot)
GOOD product but there are few things to keep in mind when buying. Firstly, the remote and receiver use IR. That means there is plenty of range as long as the receiver isn’t blocked. Secondly, these are relatively short length pieces. The package comes with two 25in and two 35in pieces plus a few zip ties. I have a sedan and if I put the long piece (35in) down the side it would look silly. I would suggest putting 2 pieces on each side. Lastly, these are plenty waterproof, the tape makes easy instillation, and the color potential is endless.And don’t forget to check your local laws to determine which colors are illegal to drive with. White is almost always legal and blue is always illegal.

RGB remote issue
Over-all the light strips work very good. My reasoning for the 4 stars is the antenna is a bit short It is sometimes hard to get the lights to turn on and off. I would suggest a longer antenna so you can run it to a point to make it easier to reach with the remote beam. But as far as the operation of the system it is amazing! 100% recommend! also if there is a way to lengthen the antenna please shoot me an email! Thanks

Wouldn’t Recommend
Item works and was easy enough to install into my car. I still worry about the overall durability as my car engine gets quite hot on top of the summer heat. I read the reviews about the connection being low, but I didn’t expect to have to pop the hood of my car everytime to get a signal in. The only way I can turn these off and on isn’t in my car but by opening the hood every time. If that doesn’t bother you, feel free to get this because it’s sort of a bang for its buck. However, if you’re like me and want to be able to control the lights in your car, then find another product.

Simple hook up.
I purchased for my gulf cart. Very easy to install. On the music mode it has a good display.

Easy install works exactly how described.
Worked perfect if you know how to cut and fit wires and run wires and correctly clean a surface then it's a peice of cake. only took three hours some electrical tape, heatshrink, Phillip's screwdriver, 10mm socket w/ratchet, flathead screwdriver, and a crip and a box cutter and had to remove some pieces from my car and buy some connections so positive and negative hookup to my battery. But easy install overall couldn't be much easier unless your willing to pay someone to do it for you. Only problem was sensor range and positioning is finicky have to place it just right. Already drove through heavy rain with it its waterproof so 5 stars
