Can I give this 10 Stars? Seriously. My basement was flooding due to a high level of rain and the sump pump drain from the outdoor area being clogged. Snaking wasn't opening it, and I was having to use a snow shovel to try to keep up with the downpour before the water flowing through my doorway. With a little research I found this and decided to give it a try. I setup a hose that raises 4 ft and then goes another 20 away from the house. We had 3 VERY heavy rains before the plumber could come back, and I was on edge each time. However, this little thing handled the rain. I could see it rising in the lower concrete area until it hit the sensor and then the water drained. We had one massive storm while I was at work, and I could hear it from deep in the building. I came home knowing I'd be flooded, yet once again this thing saved the day. I have no idea what the longevity of this will be, but IT SAVED MY BASEMENT at least 4 times! Thankfully the plumber finally fixed the issue in my line, but I'm leaving this in place as I TRUST it!

Last month, my parents' basement flooded. For myself and my parents, it was a nightmare. We manually remove water from the basement floor for many hours. I knew my parents needed this when I saw an incredible submersible sump pump. Connecting the pipe to the submersible pump is simple. I filled the bathroom tub with water to give it a try. It functions flawlessly. On the underside of the submersible pump is a strong suction. The speed at which it drew water out of the tube astounded me. Additionally, a senior device is included. When the water level reaches a particular point, it will activate itself. I'm quite happy with this machine so far.

Amending my 1 star. Amazon connected me with customer service and even though the pump is out of warranty they are sending me a new one. **Long term review: purchased last year Feb 8th 2024. We had a pretty good winter last year and this pump did the job, no complaints. It has some great features that were necessary for my usage. All of my backyard drainage funnels into a 20 gallon tub where this pump sits and on demand this guy automatically clicks on and does it's job pumping the water out of the tub. We've finally gotten a decent storm this year and this pump has failed. As you will see in the pictures checking the impeller and on/off switch are easy to do. Unfortunately the screws to access the main housing have a funky head and I don't have anything to work on them. My backyard is flooding and here my pump sits unusable. Should've gotten the warranty. When it worked it was great so buy the warranty. Getting ahold of customer service is impossible.

Perfect for what I need it for. Small and compact, can take it anywhere. I’m going To use to service my tankless water heater. Also to drain my pool in the winter. It has Good pressure and power. A lot heavier that I expected. The quality is surprisingly much better than it looks in the pictures. I haven’t tried it to the max yet but it says it drains 2000 gph. Based on the build, I believe it. It comes with a few fittings to attach to various hoses and or pipes. Also comes with a rope to drop down to a low place.

The threads on the water hose adapter are completely incorrect, rendering the adapter not only useless but also a potential hazard. When I returned home, I found the unit running continuously, and the water had become so hot that I couldn't even touch it. If I had gotten home later, the situation could have been disastrous.To make matters worse, I ended up spending more on making a different adapter work than I did on the pump itself.While it functions for now, the whole experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. The dangers and complications caused by faulty parts are simply not worth it.

I am in Kentucky. We got a lot of rain the first week of April. Rivers and creeks Flooding rain. My basement leaks a bit when it rains hard so I knew it would definitely leak during the torrential rains. I ordered this little pump and received it just in time. Easy to install, just find the right fitting and attach your hose. Plug it in and set the sensor to what level you need. I put it on the lowest setting. This little thing is a workhorse!!!! I have recommended to several people. Over a week and a half later it's still plugged in and doing what it does best. Occasionally I hear it kick on. The piece of mind that this pump has given me is priceless.

The flow sensor on this pump works great and really provides a lot of flexibility. The pump has some weight and is very stable as it sits on the surface. The pump is very quiet yet has a super water flow! Very good pump !!
