Great quality lots of fun
So I bought these because I was curious what way I could use these the best. I wanted to try using them to blend my water color pencils and crayons I have, I also was curious if they would be useful for travel painting. And I’d like to say they work well with my pencils/crayons they are super handy and make blending really quick and easy. I also found they work just as well with my Water color palette. I have not used them with wet water color in the tube, or with liquid watercolor inside the cylinder of the brush instead of water, but I am looking forward to trying. I did not notice that these were hard to clean like some people have complained. If you switch colors with the same brush constantly maybe this will be an issue. But a seasoned artist knows to not get the paint all the way up the bristles if there is an appropriate amount of paint for the desired area, the brush comes clean on its own. With water coming through. I also just release water into the head and wipe clean easily on a towel. Even with black on the top of the white hair it came totally clean.Con to these brush pens are they are harder to control than a standard brush. the amount of water can be hard to control at first but with practice it can be controlled. It will never be as controlled as a standard brush. So these are not good for detail work.Pro to the control issue it makes it more interesting to have less control. Can give you a new look or style to your work, and it’s always fun for me to try something different.I would go for them if you wanna try something new and if you like water color pencils or painting on the go. Also an easy fun way to paint with little ones

Convenience, convenience and fun.
These are finicky to use, messy, use a lot of water, blend too much when you don't want them too. I love them though. They are fun. With these it a learning process and time. Don't expect to do a large area with a solid pigment like you can do with a brush these will wash out so expect to have art with light to dark and a lot of it. Like I said it adds uniqeness and I think people will either love or hate these, gearbest.com has a singe one of these for about three bucks or two bucks, but wait a month for shipping. What nice too with this set is it's all diefferent brushes to use. Brushes easily keep form and go back to perfect shape for storing and ez to clean just squeeze and wipe on paper towel, towel or napkin. Give em a shot if you got ten bucks to blow on something that could be a lot of fun or none, roll the dice, flip a coin but always be open minded. peace.

Pretty neat tools
I have a habit of buying drawing supplies I don't use well this ended up no differently, I loved using them for the time I did. I never had problems with leaking the different sizes were cool and helped with different detail work. The brushes were nice and not too hard to clean. They do tend to stain the brush so keep that in mind but the cute case also made them super portable and easy to use. I think for a person into that stuff it's an amazing tool!

Good Quility
These are a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I can’t say much about whether they leak or not. They seem like they are good quality and I choose this brand after reading reviews on several different others. My granddaughter has really been into crafts since she has been young, she is now 11 going on 12 and getting away from just doing crafts for the sake of doing them. I thought maybe it was time to introduce her to one hobby/craft at a time to see if see has an interest in it. I bought good paint, a video tutorial and all of the recommended supplies that were in the instructional book I also got her to give her the best possible chance at success for watercolor painting. If it is not for her, we will move onto something else but at least she will know!

Great water brush pens for the price! Durable, Convenient and Worth the money.
These water brush pens are GREAT! Keep in mind that I'm a total beginner at watercolor. Pros: All plastic, durable, brush hairs are perfect (not to stiff and not too soft), water barrel keeps the hairs moist while the barrel has water (even if you don't squeeze it). Comes in 2 shapes (Flat Wash and Round Tip), each shape in 3 different sizes (small, medium and large). Cons: Really hard to do Dry Brush technique while the barrel has water (because it keeps the hairs moist practically all the time), getting a feel for the squeezing and controlling how much you wet the hairs takes some time and practice. I painted this piece using these water brush pens exclusively and I love them!

Reduces Watercolor Messes
These are definitely neat water coloring brushes. Be aware, in case it wasn't obvious, that paint colors do not come with the brushes. You'll need to use your own water-soluable paints for using these. In case it isn't obvious, the pens themselves are hollow on the inside. You fill up the pens with the water temperature of your choice. Then you put the brush in the paint color and press a button to release some of the water into the paint and bravo! You now have a color!I've found that they're reduced the amount of water mess that I usually have after using water-soluable paints. Since all of the water is contained in the brush, it means a whole lot less water all over my surfaces. The different brush thickness and designs will help pick out the brush type you want. If you put the brushes back in the original case after you're done, the plastic sleeve has a brush guide that shows examples of the different brushes to make it easy to select the one you need.Pretty good brush! Makes watercoloring a bit cleaner!
