Do they have nonslip silicone strip on the inside?

They aren’t real Spanx. For the same price get real ones at the store. Real ones have the silicone strip and material is soft. The one’s I bought from this vendor are rough , no silicone strip and the label is fake. Don’t waist your money.

How thick is the band? (How many inches is the band?)

It's probably 3 inches thick on the sides. But I can't really recommend them....they creep up SO badly in the back! I wore them for a day, and ended up throwing them out. They were that unbearably uncomfortable.
