This product worked great in a a new pair of hiking shoes that I purchased. They were much more substantial than the smaller, thinner pair I had attempted to use but immediately fell off. The thinner versions are probably better for a dressier type shoe. This is substantial enough to use in a shoe that has a more athletic purpose than a dressier purpose.

This product is very sticky, thick and comfortable. I have small, narrow feet and finding loafers/flats that fit me well is a challenge. I found a pair of shoes at the store I absolutely loved, however, the back of my heel was far from the back of the shoe. After a quick search on Amazon, I found these heel cushions and was optimistic they would fill in the gap. These exceeded my expectation. They were very easy to install thanks to the easy peel-back film on the back and the extreme tackiness of the back of the cushion. They've been in my shoe for almost a month now and they have not unstuck or shifted at all. They do not cause rubbing or blisters. I will say, if you're looking for an insert to just eliminate rubbing, I would go a different direction. These will push your toes closer to the front of the shoe due to their thickness. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and recommend to anyone looking to fit into a shoe that's a smidge too big.

I bought these for my favorite combat boots. The inside is shredded by my heel even though there is plenty of wear on the soles and outside of the shoe. I must put them on rough?? Does anybody else have this issue? They stuck to the left boot fine, but my right boot adhesion was not as sealed and the first but if it flops around when I take them on and off.

One of them came off after about a week

My left foot is a teeny bit larger than my right and my new sneakers due to the looseness were rubbing my right foot raw in the back from too much up and down rubbing in the back. I bought these to try to salvage my new sneakers and they actually work really well.

Truly awful for leather boots. Do not order for that. If you want to move them they fall apart immediately very low quality and leave sticky residue and foam on the inside of your shoe or boot if It has any surface other than fabric.

I bought some Footjoy golf shoes that ran slightly large and my heel was slipping up a little (read, blisters first few holes of a round of golf). I also have heel bones that are fairly sharp so I have a tendency to wear holes in the fabric at the heel pretty quickly. The combination of these pads + ENGO Oval Blister Prevention Patches made the shoes fit perfectly and eliminated any blistering, as well as preventing wear to the shoes. To be clear, I can walk 18 holes of golf and do not have issues - the shoes are comfortable now. The adhesive on these pads is great - sticks to fabric super well.
