Defected and killed my Ninja-V

I bought this from new, plugged my Ninja-V.. HDMI's were temperamental, only taking in some signals even though the actual Ninja-V as a stand alone device was able to take all the signals from all cameras.Went to stream, and the AtomX wouldn't connect to the laptop, we tried 5 computers in total and nothing, did not show up in any dropdown menus. All firmware was the latest ones. I went to plug in the Ninja today and tried again plugging in the laptop, it has now KILLED my Ninja-V, went to switch it on.. Nothing, you can hear the Ninja-v boot, but that's it. No picture, nothing on the AtomX Cast either. Beware, this is a very substandard device, I would recommend another well known brand instead. Now I have lost money as I have had to turn and event down as we can no longer supply the service which was promised.
