These appear to be decently well made. I used them for some replacements on the sailboat and they work fine. Very good for the cost

I put these on an old 80 quart Rubbermaid cooler. The install was easy and they work great.

Great latches but you would think they would include a template for mounting them so you know they would fit right . They are not thinking of the use of mounting them

Great replacement for the OEM Southco latches on my boat. I will say that there was a manufacturing defect that I saw before opening the package that caused me to return the first order but a quick replacement fixed that. I would take off half a star for that if I could but I won't deduct a whole one.

Bought these to replace the metal draw clasps on a lockbox sitting on my ATV. Was highly skeptical at first due to price and the look of construction. Turns out my skepticism was unjustified, the straps draw with enough power to compress the weather seal (marine grade HD rubber) on the inside of the lockbox!! The factory drilled holes to attach these draw clasp straps are slightly too small to use 3/16" pop rivets unless you drill them (which i did) but they are considerably more sturdy than their simple looking design. The real test for these draw clasps will be once i get the quad back out on the bumpy trails but i have a good feeling they will perform as intended. I guess to sum up, don't let the look and great price fool you, these little buggers are awesome for a DIY project!
