I am extremely busy and usually do not eat until 8pm. The dinning room is closed. When I noticed my nails breaking and loss of hair, I decided to try this product. My hair loss is not as great and it is helping my nails. Hopefully soon, I will be able to obtain the proper nutrients from food. However, it will take a long time for my nails and hair to return to normal. I keep it in the original container and due not fill my daily meds due to the odor. It is easy to swallow and has no after taste. I will be reordering this soon.

I don’t know what is up with some of the negative comments but I would ignore them and take the advice of the people who swear by these. These are coated oval pills (like a jelly bean) which make them easier to swallow. Made with natural ingredients. Wow! I purchased these extra strength vitamins because I was dealing with some post-COVID hair loss and needed to see improvement as fast as possible. I think I've been using them for about 6 weeks now and the hair loss has definitely slowed down. But what's more noticeable is my nails. I've never been able to grow my nails long without them peeling and breaking. Now they are strong and growing so long, I'm going to have to learn how to give myself manicures!About the vitamins themselves... They are small and easy to swallow but you do need to take 3 of them. There is a strong odor in the bottle, and I get an odd taste come up maybe 20-30 minutes after taking them.

I love these vitamins. I’ve been taking them daily for almost a year now. My hair is thicker, shinier, growing fast, and I shed less hair overall. I noticed new growth at my temples and hairline within the first 2 months! My nails are stronger, they grow fast, and they break less than they did before. I was worried about acne since I read that biotin can cause problems with breakouts, so started out taking one capsule daily and now take 2 capsules daily. I have had no acne problems. I don’t see the need to take 3 daily because I’m having such good results with the dose I currently take. I definitely recommend these. My brother complains about his receding hairline, and I’ve been urging him to get him on the hair vitamin bandwagon, but so far, he’s being a stubborn man. I’ll update this with his results if I can get him to change his mind.

I like that the vitamins are small and easy to swallow gel cap type. I only take two tabs per day instead of three like the bottle says. I started taking them to reduce hair shedding. And I have found that my hair has reduced the shedding I was experiencing and as a bonus my skin appears more bright and clear. I've had good results and will continue to take the vitamins. I already have fast growing nails I guess compared to some people. So I'm sure it helps with nails as well. I recommend. I will buy again.

My nails grow better and stronger when I take this product. When I don't, I notice that they begin to chip and break. The product contains natural argon oil, so I am not worried about additives or strange ingredients.
