ALISUN Replacement Sling Canopy (with Ties) for The Lowe's Garden Treasures 10 FT Pergola #S-J-110 & TP15-048C (Beige) (Canopy TOP ONLY)

We purchased out pergola from Lowes about 5 years ago. The original canopy lasted quite well, as we would take it down after the spring/summer season. The original straps broke after 2 years and we just used bungie cord through the fabric to secure it. It finally ripped due to wind storms, so we began the search for a replacement. This search provided to be rather difficult to find a fabric close to what the original was. I came very close to purchasing a similar canopy for Garden Treasures pergola's for $119. After doing quite a bit of research on that particular sku number on the $119 canopy I found that it was more of a fabric than than a more durable nylon type canopy that originally came with the pergola. I contacted the manufacture and they informed me that this alternative didn't even come with attached straps to secure it. I was not going to spend that much money on a cheaper canopy top that we would have to replace after a year or two. Also that fabric didn't allow water through, so people complained a lot about having to take a broom to push up to remove water after every rain.So I stumbled upon this product, but was put off by the price. After looking more into it, it appears this was the same material that the original canopy top was, which proved to has for almost 6 years. We received it last week and couldn't be happier that we went ahead and spent the extra money on this product for the build quality. I do wish it was cheaper due to having spent so much money on the pergola itself, having to replace these can get quite costly. We were on the fence on just putting that money towards a solid metal roof pergola to mitigate the cost of having to replace the canopy in the future.

I was replacing the stock (tan) one and now that I have the charcoal color, I absolutely love it. The material is porous so it lets rain thru and a bit of sun, but definitely keeps you out of the sun.

This item is netting that is essentially black in color. It’s a heavy duty cover that doesn’t flap in the wind like my other canopy tops have done. The wind hardly moves it because the wind just blows through the netting. Surprisingly this item provides descent shade and is comfortable to sit under. I like the color a lot and blends well with any color outdoor furniture. I think the length is also adequate and is not over bearing on the sides.The only drawback for me was that they forgot to add a tie down on one of the four corners.

Was given this pergola about 4yrs ago. The cover finally gave out and after purchasing several other covers I finally found this one that is actually made for this specific pergola. It is the exact same one that comes with the pergola originally. Color and all. It lets light through without blaring your eyes out! The ties are super sturdy and the metal poles you place in the ends of the material, actually stay inside the slots as there is velcro on the ends. The material is sturdy too! Doesn't just feel like cheap plastic that is going to shred and stretch in the hot sun.If you are looking for a cover that fits a 10 x 10 pergola, this should do the trick :) Feel like I should purchase another and store it for another 4 yrs when this one gives out, just in case they stop making it.

This cover is the same exact strong, beautiful fabric as the original that came with the pergola. I had a hard time finding the replacement in stores. I was very pleasantly surprised when I receive this one and it matched identically. It looks great! Thank you!!!!!
