Defective
This product was defective. It worked twice then that was it. You need to stop selling junk. You need to be more subjective of the products you sell. Remember made in China is junk.

To melt down rocks and old jewelry.
Pretty simple to use, however did not come with any directions on how long to melt different minerals, metals and what temp to use.

Not well coated
The media could not be loaded. The paint came off the first, the second timed the rusted appeared. The third was one most of of the paint from the front top busted dropped off.

Temperature control doesn't work
2 issues. The tongs are the wrong size, they get stuck in the groove around the crucible, I could have filed them down a bit to fix BUT The main issue is the temperature control doesn't work, and when it does is 100c off.

Unit not working.
Unit not working.When I unpacked it and turned it on, the current temperature display displayed 4 flashing ‘o’s. I looked up the error, and on the user manual for the PID, it said that there was an overscale issue. The specific feedback was to “Check Input type, Input range and connecting state of sensor. Confirm that the sensor or wire is not broken.” How do I fix this, or is it broken?
