I have really resisted getting full wiper blades for my 1999 Buick. Just replacing the rubber refills seems so much less wasteful when the metal blades are perfectly OK to reuse. But like a lot of old dogs, I'm having to learn some new tricks. Wiper refills have all but disappeared from auto parts stores and from Amazon. In fact, I went to a chain auto store recently and asked for wiper refills, and the guy showed me to the liquid wash solution instead. He was young enough that he'd never heard of wiper refills!So, joining the modern world, I ordered these new Motium blades for the old Buick. They were nicely packaged and the hook mounts were very easy to install. It rained a few days later and right away I saw that one blade was streaking directly in my line of sight. The streak was about 3 inches wide so could not be ignored. I was going to send them back, but decided to try swapping the blades from driver to passenger side and vice versa. Well, darned if they didn't just work perfectly with no streaks! I've had them on for about 5 months now and they continue to work just fine. Who knows if I had originally installed them incorrectly or if there is something wonky about the blade. Given how they now work, I think it must have been operator error!I recommend these blades for their price point, quality of manufacture, and yes, ability to wipe silently and cleanly. And if you get any streaks, be sure to switch them around before sending them back. One more new trick, and a lesson-learned!

The rubber on my current wiper blades on my 2010 Pontiac Vibe (Toyota Matrix essentially) were beginning to fray after over 3 years. They were not expensive blades in 2020. These Motium blades include both the driver side 26-inch and the passenger side 17-inch. They were a great deal compared to buying so-called name brand blades at auto stores for about $20 to $30 each. They are generally only sold as individual blades, not a set.I installed them (J-hook style) in about 2 minutes.I can't make any predictions about longevity other than I have generally gotten 2 to 3 years usage on sets of blades that were not "top of the line".

The installation was quick and easy. Regardless of rain conditions these wipers were very quiet,smooth, and did a great job keeping my windshield clean. I liked them so much that I’m ordering a spare pair for the next time I need to replace them. I highly recommend them.
