Tiny but Mighty POE Injector
I can’t say enough about this thing. First off, the company behind it makes some amazing products—I use their gear in multiple places, and I’ll get around to reviewing those later. But right now, we’re talking about this little mini POE injector. And I do mean mini.Every once in a while, something comes up where I need a POE injector, and usually, they’re these bulky bricks with a separate power cord. Not this one. It’s compact, efficient, and ready to go when I need it. And at this price? It’s a steal. Most POE injectors cost 3, 4, even 10 times as much.If you need a quick, no-nonsense POE solution without the bulk or the high price tag, this is the one.

PoE Nightmare: Leaks power back onto your ethernet
I bought two of these to power two new Ubiquiti UniFi 6 Lite WAPs I bought. Ubiquiti PoE adapters were out of stock, so I tried these out. They seemed to work fine... at first. Within a week or two I started getting strange problems on my network. Backup scripts that used to take 45 minutes were taking 3 hours, and I kept seeing "Error 59" popping up from multiple programs. My WAP data transfer rates kept dropping over the next month and then developed spotty connections. Soon after my network audio player started developing static... and after hearing a loud static burst right after I sent a WAP reprovision command I realized that it was the PoE leaking power onto my ethernet. I swapped these out for the much more expensive Trendnet PoE+ and all the problems stopped immediately. You've been warned.

Injector was DOA
Item arrived in typical packaging with no obvious damage. Hooked it up to my PoE camera, no joy. Waited a couple weeks to start diagnosing the problem to determine if it was the camera or the injector and found it was the injector. No voltage is measured across wires 4,5 and 7,8. Asked for and received a refund. Not sure if I will re-purchase this brand or choose another.
