IF you take it when you're doing nothing at all-- well, do not expect much. For context, I have experience using various nootropics over the years. This might improve focus for some, however, I experienced the exact opposite on the first dose. I consume a moderate dose of caffeine on almost a daily occurrence, but I found the teacrine and dynamine combo to be massively overstimulating to the point that I could only find relief by taking l-theanine and trying to relax for several hours.

I have to say that the product really works, the problem is that many people don't know how to use it, and that's the reason as of why they give it a bad reviews. Its powerful all right. But it kept me awake until 3am.

The supplement did noticeably increase my focus when I took it while trying to be productive and while studying for exams. It was not a huge difference, but it did help. I believe the effect is likely different per individual!
