Brilliant skipping rope, I use the shorter ones with the weights on the ends. I find it so much easier indoors. The app is great you can do challenges or free skip. I would recommend. I use this every morning and night to keep fit.

Use without the rope for skipping indoors, very effective. Counts how many skips you do and also calorie count if you input your weight. Make sure you still wear trainers though as ankles and knees still need support.

This skipping rope is fab, easy to set up and easy to use.Due to it not having a rope option, I leave mine in the kitchen and every time I’m in there waiting for the kettle to boil, dinner to cook etc, I can quickly “jump out” a couple of hundred jumps - then I also use it as part of a workout in the evenings - very versatile and worth every penny!

This item is really easy to set up and connect to your phone. I've just used the shortened "rope". Whilst it is good at getting you motivated to skip the counter to keep track of revolutions is the stuff of fantasy. It hugely over-estimates the number of revolutions and therefore the data recorded in the app becomes a nonsense. But the item is well made and the app seems pretty well designed.

Bought this as I wanted a wireless skipping rope and I have Renpho scales at home, so I am already using the app. Overall product is as expected. Super quick at pairing with the app. Counting seems accurate - I tried with the wireless and tested with 70 jumps. Two little small niggles. The battery goes on one side only, so one side is slightly heavier than the other. Also I would have preferred if this was charged by USB rather than using detachable batteries. Neither are huge issues, but ‘even better if situations’. Plus side, it does come with batteries so you can use it immediately.
