Very hard to distinguish whether or not a mental supplement is working or not, so take this with a grain of salt. I am in IT and I really feel like a sponge absorbing information much better when taking two of these capsules a day.ND is a company others should strive to be. I have dozens of bottles of their products, never had capsules that were melted, never encountered poor quality control, etc. I highly recommend these capsules, I pay the premium for ND just because I know how inefficacious other Amazon supplement listings are. It sounds like I’m sponsored but I’m not, I wish I was.

I can tell a difference when I take these. My cognitive skills are clearer and quicker.

My memory has definitely improved and I am able to recall information much easier. I struggle with ADHD and have be using l theanine and reishi to help with that and mood issues. These three combined have given me a near perfect solution to poor memory and concentration with the ADHD, anxiety, stress, etc... and have greatly improved my functionality as an adult in her twenties. I do not recommend this to be taken with high amounts of caffeine for my avid coffee and energy drink drinkers as I experienced paranoia after taking this pill with twice as much caffeine as I normally consume.

1) The stomach upset is real -- for me at least.2) Not sure about potency. Yes, this is 150mg (half of other brands) but even when I take 2, I don't get the same effect as I have from other brands. Alpha GPC is an amazing supplement so it's easy to tell if it's working or not. I will switch back to my old brand.3) A lot of people swear by this brand, so maybe I got a sub-par batch.

I feel like puts me in a better mood where I'm not as groggy mentally, without feeling wired like caffeine. I have a bad g.i. infection that has led to stress and brain fog. Alpha GPC More mental energy than physical. Best taken 10 min prior to a small meal like eggs or chicken with avocado for example. Feels really nice people have commented that I'm laughing more and more friendly.

Out of all the other options for alpha gpc on this website I trust this brand. That being send I had to change the bottle so that the pills are in an air tight environment. Otherwise the powder inside the pills will melt becoming liquid which is common for alpha gpc.
